Regular Use of Gym Equipment will Build Muscle |

I like to go to the gym on a regular basis to build muscle. I arrive there around the same time every morning. I have a pretty regular routine where I ride a bike for forty five minutes to an hour. I usually read while riding the bike. After that I head to the elliptical machine where I step out for another thirty minutes. I move my workout to the weight machines after that. I do all this in an attempt to build muscle. I must say my results speak for themselves!
I have been very successful in my effort to build muscle. My abs, legs, arms and buttox are all firmer and show great definition since spending so much time at the gym on a regular basis. I have to say that my mind is clearer and I just feel so much better about things in general. I am a better person inside and out!
Once I was able to build muscle I knew I had to maintain it. This is not a problem as working out at the gym has become a way of life for me. I get up in the morning, dress in workout gear and automatically make my way to the gym. It is like I am on autopilot anymore. I like it a whole bunch! |
