If you think about it there a many, many ways to build muscle. The first step is getting the body up and moving. For some this is a difficult task. In those cases, as a personal trainer, I explore the goals, hobbies and fears of my clients. Once we have established a game plan with their interests in mind it is easy to get them motivated to exercise, build muscle and truly have fun while doing it!

I believe there is no better way to exercise than by doing the things you love. If you like to play basketball, do it! If riding bikes is your passion make it happen! Anything that you enjoy that gets you up and moving is exercise. It is better than sitting on the couch isn't it? 


I encourage my clients to do an activity to build muscle every day. That could mean anything from weight bearing exercises, to playing volleyball or golfing. You see, it's really not the activity itself it is the movement. So, no more excuses! Get up, get moving and build muscle today!
