nutritional supplement, vitamins mineralsI am not what one would describe as a skinny woman. I wear an American size twelve. I am tall, curvaceous and muscular. However I am not really overweight. Despite my dress size my BMI is within the healthy range and my doctor has never mentioned anything about me needing to lose weight. This has much to do with the fact that I exercise regularly by doing both cardiovascular and resistance work. I also eat well. Furthermore I take vitamins minerals nutritional supplements every day to make sure that my body gets all it needs to function well. I take vitamins minerals nutritional supplements and eat well so that I can live a healthy life and make sure I am around for my step-grandkids because my husband and I are raising them. Because I make an effort with exercise, nutritional supplements and such I was rather disgusted by an article I read earlier today. Apparently a mother of two children is deliberately gaining weight with the intention of becoming the fattest lady in the world. When I read this article I wondered why anyone in their right mind would risk their health in that way if they have children to raise.  I think it is an unintelligent and irresponsible thing to do.
