How A Naturally Slim Guy Managed To Build Muscle |

About ten years ago I dated a guy called Sean who was on the thin side for about twelve months. He did not like being thin one little bit. He went to the gym to try and build muscle and he ate a high protein diet. All that happened is that his muscles became more defined. I asked to go to the gym Sean’s gym with him just once in order to see if I could spot any mistakes. At the time I had been going to the gym myself for five years so I had some experience. It turns out that Sean was not lifting weights much heavier than what I can manage as a woman, though I am admittedly quite strong. I suggested that if Sean wanted to build muscle he ought to consider lifting more weight with fewer repetitions. I also told him that bodybuilding supplements might help him, too. I decided to stop dating Sean not long after this happened but we have remained friends until this day. The last time I saw Sean was last summer. He does not have a big, buff body like some male bodybuilding enthusiasts do. However he is about fourteen pounds heavier than he was when I dated him and none of it is fat. By increasing the weight he lifted and taking bodybuilding supplements my friend Sean has made the most of his naturally slim body and he is much more confident as a result of this. Way to go, Sean!
