Building Joint Strength with Nutritional Supplements |

I’m 6’3, 200 pounds and on the younger side of my twenties. I’m still very active when not on the clock. People with my similar situation most likely know all too well what height and weight can do for knee joints. Once in awhile my arms or ankles will become sore after a hike or run but the most common place to feel the burn is under my kneecaps. I’ve been pretty lucky though. I have a friend of similar stature who wasn’t a high school athlete or anything that already had full reconstructive knee surgery. It laid him out for six months. Before the surgery I had seen him fall down, popping his knee out, countless times after a slip on the ground, during basketball or any tweaked movement.
To avoid surgery I’ve stayed true to nutritional supplements made for joint and bone strength. There are plenty of these vitamins minerals for sale online. The small orange nutritional supplement bottle I bought has lasted me over a month and cost under 10 dollars online. My joints get sore after heavy activity but nothing out of the ordinary.
