Build Muscle with Yoga Anywhere You Go! |

I like to workout in the morning just after rising from a cozy slumber. I choose yoga. With yoga I have been abel to build muscle, increase flexibility and endurance. It may not seem as though the gentle act of yoga would produce such grand results but it is true from my perspective. I have been doing yoga religiously for many years. I would not start a day without it.
I practice yoga wherever I go. I like the feel of the workout. If I am camping I will do yoga in the woods. When I head to the sand dunes, I do yoga in my trailer or under the canopy outdoors. I have to say, that not everyone understands my passion to build muscle, gain flexibility and stamina, but I do not let that stop me.
Keeping fit is a lifestyle. It is easy to bring it with you anywhere you go. My true friends support my love of yoga and have even joined in a session or two. They have noted how I have been able to build muscle, range of motion and endurance. I think that they want a piece of it too!
