Years ago, if you wanted to relax, you went somewhere quiet and peaceful...if you could take the time to do so.  I remember walking behind the house in the woods as a young girl trying to sort out life's problems and mysteries.  As time went by, I found other ways to try and relax,  The Health Spa introduced me to massage, and I started having one whenever I could afford it.  I remember taking my Mom with me so she might relax.  Back then, we were massaged in the same room, and we talked during the massage.
