Trying Hard to Build Muscle Again |

Like so many other people, my New Year’s goal is to get back in shape to the point where I can jog three miles without keeling over and dying in the grass. So far so good. I have found using an elliptical machine instead of a treadmill is much easier on my knees leading to many more miles conquered every week. None of this build muscle routine would have been possible without the right nutritional supplements.
I am a meat eater in every sense of the word so I don’t really at the moment need any protein supplements but I can always use energy building vitamins minerals. These are the kinds of products I have bought online. With running, I have noticed after about 20 minutes going for it my mind starts to shut off the pain. At this point, my legs are on auto-pilot and I just stop when the goal of the day is reached. I’m hoping one of these days all the running in the gym translates into running farther on the streets. The vitamins minerals are really helping make this all happen.
