Protein Heavy Breakfast before a Build Muscle Routine |

This morning I finally got tired of not eating a full breakfast. Usually, I get up and ready with just enough time to throw some toast in or something before heading out the door. Before sitting down on the computer, I cooked up a plate of bacon to go along with the toast, juice, yogurt and nutritional supplements. It is amazing how much better my body feels just twenty minutes after eating. This is the way to do it because munching all morning into the afternoon wastes time and I never take the time to cook up something healthy.
My routine is to work and after the day is over go to the gym for a 45 minute build muscle and endurance workout before relaxing. I try to keep this a habit at least four days out of the week. Friday is usually a tossup as the weekend is too tempting to resist but Sunday also makes for a good day to break a sweat. We are always told how important morning vitamins minerals are but it is easy to blow them over when in the hurry. I didn’t today and it is paying off.
