With the New Year and a recent visit to the Doctor my husband has begun a new regimen of vitamins minerals. In fact, he has made an adjustment to his eating habits as well. That recent Doctors visit and consequent blood tests gave him some indication that changes needed to be made and he concurred. 

I am assisting his cause every way I can. The first thing I have done is made sure we have a good supply of vitamins minerals readily available. Every morning after eating a breakfast of oatmeal, a banana and orange juice my husband takes the vitamins minerals that I have laid out for him. It is beginning to become a habit for him as he mentions something now when I forget to or am late on putting out the vitamins minerals. This is a good change and I am all for it!

Dinners in our household have changed dramatically since my husband came home with those blood test results. We are serving no more pizza, less pasta and bread, more vegetables and fruits. My husband has eaten vegetables at every meal. Now that is a big adjustment for him. He has lost some weight and feels good. The new regimen of vitamins minerals seems to agree with him.
