I have found an easy, no excuses way to build muscle in a home gym. It can be done. It is purely up to you. The home gym need not be full of expensive equipment. In a pinch I have been known to do arm routines with cans of vegetables. It works, try it!
In my home gym I am able to build muscle and get a cardio workout with these pieces of exercise equipment. An exercise bike, big and small exercise balls, an elastic tube, varied sets of hand weights, an exercise mat, a boom box, a television and DVD player. Since my daughter has moved out of the house and is living in an apartment attending college, I turned her old bedroom into my workout room. It works out great.
I am able to accomplish a full body workout in my home gym. I am seeing results. I have been able to build muscle and loose inches in my tummy and thighs. I am very satisfied with my exercise equipment. Every morning after rising I jump on the exercise bike. I watch the news as I ride for a half hour. Then I turn on some music or watch an exercise DVD and use the hand weights, tube and exercise balls. I really work up a sweat. If the weather is cooperative I may take a walk around the block. That is how I build muscle with my home gym. |
