Staying Alert with Vitamins Minerals in the Canyons |

Four of us, all on Japanese sportbikes made our way do west on the freeway to one of the most popular network of twisting roads for motorcycle riding in Southern California. Mulholland canyon road is unlike anywhere I have ever been. A person could get lost for hours turning back and forth through canyon roads that at times have a posted speed limit of 40 MPH but for the majority of the time hazard drivers not to go over 20 MPH around quick turns. It was sunny and we were not the only group of bikes taking advantage of the day.
Before heading out on what turned out to be a five-hour journey, I had a breakfast of vitamins minerals and eggs. Canyon roads are best served on a full stomach for 100 percent alertness. A couple different nutritional supplement bottles also helped me create energy from the morning meal. By the time we had leaned in an out of countless sweepers my body was soar but the vitamins minerals got me back safe. Once home it was onto the couch to lie down and rest.
