I've heard that there are nutritional supplements that can be taken orally that are good for sore muscles and joints, so I'm going to look online for them. My elderly cat takes them, so I guess I can too. The vet recommended them and I just sprinkle the powder into his wet cat food. He's 17 or 18, and still going strong, so if he is better off with nutritional supplements, I bet I will too.

We finally got our parents to let us order their medications, too, and it's a great time saver, both for them and us too.
