I Didn't Need To Build Muscle To Get The Body I Wanted |

I have not been trying to build muscle but I have been doing resistance work three or four times per week for the past year and the results are now obvious. Because I do not want to build muscle I have been lifting light weights and doing more repetitions. This has defined my muscles. If I wanted to build muscle I’d lift heavier weights and do fewer repetitions. Now that I have been doing resistance work for at least twelve months my muscle cuts are clearly visible and my body looks nice. The only thing I still have left to work on is the little area of fat at the bottom of my abdomen. I am currently taking a course of colon cleansing pills to try and shift that before my vacation and they seem to be working well. My efforts to define muscle have worked well but it’s not just due to the resistance work I have been doing. I have also been taking nutritional supplements and eating a healthy, balanced diet. My body is now starting to look similar to the way it did when I was twenty and this has done a great deal to enhance my self esteem.
