Hiking is Fun Way to Build Muscle |

A group of friends and I are really into hiking to build muscle. We meet once a month for a backpacking trip. We do this all year around. Winter hiking and camping is a challenge but we are all up for it. As the weather warms up we change our hiking gear from parkas to shorts. We sure are able keep in shape and build muscle with this activity.
For this group of friends and I hiking is a fun way to build muscle. We all enjoy being outdoors and pushing ourselves to the limit when hiking. We have done trails that range from flat and easy. To the more advanced treks that cause us to do some rock scaling and balancing on fallen trees to cross fast flowing creeks. We are up to the challenge!
At the end of strenuous hike my friends and I gather around the camp fire for a hearty meal. We swap stories about the days excursion as we rest our bodies from the exertion to build muscle during the hike that day. Sometimes those sore muscles slow us down a bit but we keep on trekking! |
